
A graduate of Triton College, Mr. Brooks directs the daily sales efforts of the General Hotels Corporation properties. Mr. Brooks is responsible for directing revenue management programs, reservation call center operations, development and execution of marketing plans along with the recruitment, training and supervision of the hotel sales teams. Mr. Brooks possesses over 30 years of hotel experience, most recently having held numerous sales, marketing and operational positions with Westin Hotels & Resorts. He is currently an active member and past President of the Indiana Meeting Professional International Chapter.
