What We Do
Hospitality Project Services is the construction arm of General Hotels Corporation. Originally created to achieve greater control over construction costs and timelines for GHC projects, HPS has grown into a stand-alone construction design and project management company. While our history is in hospitality, we have capabilities and a depth of experience that transcends beyond the lodging industry.
Hospitality Project Services Include:

- FF&E purchasing and installation
- On-site CPM to ensure local & brand compliance
- Construction licensing and occupancy permitting
