Payroll / PTO
Employees have 24/7 online access to view PTO balances, make time-off requests, view paystubs and tax forms through Paycor.

We offer associates a variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to choose from to meet individual and family needs. We offer Pet Insurance as well. Open Enrollment takes place each Fall for the benefit program year starting on January 1st.

New full-time (working 30 hours or more per week) employees are eligible, on the first of the month, after 30 days, following the month they begin working – example: First day working is 5/15/23. Benefit eligibility date is 7/1/23.
GHC also provides company paid access to 24/7 telemedicine doctors and counselors for employees and their families through First Stop Health.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides access to support services include financial planning, legal support consultation, as well as work-life specialists to assist with research and referrals for child and elder care, ID Theft Service and more. GHC's voluntary wellness program is administered by American Health & Wellness (AHW). Our program is fun, motivating, and gives us new ideas and tools to maintain and improve our health. Our AHW Health Coaches will provide over 18 opportunities each month for our team members and their families to participate in wellness activities and new health improvement programs, such as Wellness Workshops, Videos and Challenges, Group and 1-on-1 Coaching, and Contests.

Note: After 1 year of service, you are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution (unless you log in and make a different election). The following steps will happen:
- You will receive a large packet of information from Voya 30 days prior to you being auto enrolled.
- Every January after enrollment your contributions will increase 1% until 10% unless another election is made.
- Enrollment will occur at the beginning of the quarter AFTER your 1 year anniversary and NOT on your actual anniversary date. For example: Hire Date 1/15/2023; Voya Enrollment Date 4/1/2024
